Raised on a farm in El Salvador Santos and his 10 brothers and sister learned what hard work is. I’m a general contractor who met Santos on another job. I was pleased with the work he did there and how he went above and beyond to meet the costumers needs. I hired him to do the waterproofing on new construction homes I’m building. I do not have to stand over him and his crew to make sure they are doing the right thing. I made check ups to see if he needed anything that was it. Always there when he scheduled. I recommend him to anyone.

I had 11 trees removed from my backyard to make better use of my property. Once trees were removed, Santos removed the huge root balls, graded the lot to my specifications and made an excellent referral for a concrete expert. He returned to the job site with the concrete crew to ensure the work was to their specifications. Very professional and respectful of your property which sometimes is not the case with contract work.

Santo's waterproofing, landscaping and drainage did a fantastic job installing a french drain on my property. I met with the owner of the company and he was on site for the entire job with his crew. There was about a 3 week wait before he could start the job but he was in communication with me by email so I was reassured he was going to do the job. His crew was friendly as well and showed me what they were doing during the job. They cleaned up the yard completely and even planted seed and put wheat straw down to regrow the grass. The price was very reasonable for an all day job with an entire crew. I will be using this company again for future drainage projects.
